Feb 8th 2011 8:34AM I agree we've flogged the dead horse enough already. I think Cutie has a good idea, but for a different reason. The National Anthem shouldn't be a spectator event. It should be like the Pledge of Allegiance: everybody takes part. Plus, if everyone tries to sing a song with the range of a perfect twelfth, they might appreciate how hard it is to sing, even on your best day.

Feb 7th 2011 6:49AM I'm no fan of Jerry Jones. He's the guy who turned me from a Cowboys fan to a Packers fan (I had to go with the team that doesn't have an owner). His personal hubris is legendary; he always promises moe than he can eliver. However, blame him for the things he could control, like the seating fiasco, the outrageous parking prices and the fact the the only way his Cowboys will be in a Super Bowl will be by buying a ticket. He didn't cause Xtina to blow the Anthem and most of the halftime shows are disappointments. This article sounds like sour grapes from a Steelers fan who can't come to grips with the fact that they were outplayed when it counted the most. I hope you get out of middle school soon.

Feb 6th 2011 11:55PM I disagree that she "nailed it". She was straining on all the high notes right from "rockets'red glare" and her face showed she knew it. I'm usually huge Xtina fan, so I found it disappointing. That being said, it's unfair to take shots at her citizenship. Rbk4, she's as much an American as you are and even with all the flaws, she could probably still outsing you on it on her worst day.

Feb 3rd 2011 9:25PM Jerry Jones singlehandedly turned me from a Cowboys fan to the Packers. After he fired Jimmmy Johnson, I had to go with the only team that doesn't have an owner. The 'boys will never make it back to the Super Bowl unless they buy a ticket.
