Dec 6th 2009 1:53AM I don't mean to be a total school-marm type (or bitch!), Luxist.com, but you need to do some proofreading before you post. In these four paragraphs, there are at least twenty errors, which span spelling, missing letters, capitalization, punctuation and grammar. They aren't arcane errors, either; they are things a seventh-grade English teacher would catch. Please don't diminish the quality of your website with this easily-fixable carelessness!

Dec 6th 2009 1:31AM Wow, this is an exquisite property. While almost all east coast houses from the 1920s are well built, the mansions and estates from the 1920s are exceptionally graceful, well sited, and well landscaped. Good high-profile comparisons -- in the looks, vintage and class department, although I don't know about the $ department -- are probably Mel Gibson's Tudor estate for sale in Greenwich CT, and Nicholas Cage's house for sale in Rhode Island.
I'll bet Kenjockety's local taxes are pretty punishing, though!
