McParlin Partners: Portraits in Words {Luxist}

Did you make up the name Portraits in Words, or is that a phrase used by McParlin Partners? I don't see it on their website. I'm just wondering because I own the federally registered trademark of the name Portraits in Words. I am in the same business as McParlin, so I wouldn't want them using this phrase.
