Jan 28th 2010 9:22PM It's possible that Mr. Matthews didn't mean anything by his statement personally. I'm sure he said out loud what many people are thinking. One of the main reasons that our country can't recover is the deep resentment and a Black Man is the leader of the United States. In public, they perform under the pretense they want what is best for the country and will support him in his endeavors. Privately, people will do whatever they can to ensure failure. It's sad but it's true. I will never let my children or grandchildren forget that racism is alive and well and comes in all shapes and colors.
