Because of Mistake, Theodore Roosevelt HS Now 'Rough Ryders' {Fanhouse Backporch}
Jan 21st 2011 3:20PM If the coach has an order form that clearly shows that what was ordered was supposed to be spelled "rider", then the printing company should be bending over backwards to fix the situation without requiring the team to return the shirts first. It would be easy enough for the printing company to deliver the fixed shirts and then give the team a reasonable amount of time in which to return the shirts; if not all the shirts are returned then charge the team for the missing ones. It is bad public relations for this company to try and make the team jump through hoops for the companies mistake.
'Jersey Shore' Star to Ditch the Nickname? {PopEater}
Jan 15th 2011 7:49PM Wow isn't it so ironic that she is tired of her nickname since I am so tired of her!
Read Excerpts From Snooki's Book, Prepare to Have Mind Blown {PopEater}
Jan 8th 2011 8:43PM What's really scary is that people will actually buy her book and one day she may decide to breed and (dis)grace us with her progeny.
Kid Gets Book for Christmas, Throws Tantrum Because, C'mon, A BOOK? {Urlesque}
Dec 24th 2010 6:24AM What an absolutely SPOILED ROTTEN BRAT!!!!! I despise seeing ungrateful little hooligans like this monster; unfortunately you see them more and more in our society thanks to over indulgent parents who try to make sure their kids can outdo all the other children on the block when it comes to owning the "latest and greatest" in electronics, toys, and clothing. Shame on these parents, you are contributing to the demise of society by encouraging this child to be so self centered and hurful. If these parents continue to allow this type of behaviour then they are so screwed when he becomes a teenager.
Redskins Suspend Albert Haynesworth {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Dec 7th 2010 3:36PM For the amount of money that this guy is being paid, he should be doing anything and everything that is asked of him. He should also be damn lucky he has a "job" that pays so well. If any of us were at work (being paid considerably less) and our boss/supervisor told us to do something and we refused, we would most likely be fired on the spot.
Justin Timberlake Lists TriBeCa Apartment, Buys At Soho Mews {Luxist}
Oct 8th 2010 5:18PM To AOL- Please stop glorifying actors, singers, athletes, etc...! I am sick and tired of trying to read the news and all I see are articles about these overpaid crybabies who have little to no real world skills. As a military wife I am sick of hearing how many millions they paid for this or that while at the same time I know my husband could have to give his life for the freedoms we all enjoy and he gets paid squat to do it.
LeBron James Picks Miami Heat {Fanhouse NBA Blog}
Jul 9th 2010 7:44AM Shame on ESPN and everyone else that helped to stoke the ego of this loser! People that look to sports figures/ musicians/actors as heroes need to get a clue and start supporting the real heroes; enlisted military for example, that actually work for a living and put their butts on the line for your safety and freedoms while getting paid a pittance compared to these egotistical "heroes" everyone seems to blindly fawn over.
10 most overrated things in America in 2010 {WalletPop}
Jun 25th 2010 5:58AM Lets see, some other "overrated" things missing from this list are-
1) Celebrities- specifically the ones that get paid outrageous
fees for acting, come on people, it's acting not rocket science
2) Sports- including the overpaid players and overpriced tickets.
Shows the genius of society, we pay actors, sports figures, etc.. millions of dollars for doing free time activities while our military (specifically the enlisted ranks), and others that we rely on to keep us safe and give us our freedom get paid a pittance. When will society realize who the real heroes are and start paying them accordingly?
3) TV programming in general
4) Soda- just helping to contribute to the obesity epidemic
5) politicians (all parties)- in general they have helped to screw the country.
6) religion- yeah I said it! Most devotees are hypocritical, they promise to be good in church and then become self centered, greedy, etc.. in real life.
Miley Cyrus Says Sexy New Album Empowers Females {PopEater}
Jun 24th 2010 8:35AM WOW. All she cares about is selling records and merchandise to the misguided children and their misguided parents.
She has probably had everything given to her that she wanted thanks to daddy's career and now she has the nerve to preach about empowerment to the 99% of America that wasn't raised with a silver spoon. Go back to being a joke of an idol to misguided little girls and leave the empowering to real women that have had to fight for what they have and are the ones that should be the real examples and idols to our young women as to how we should live.
BTW- empowerment IS NOT about how much skin you can show in public and who has the best boobs. Empowerment is about standing up for what is right and trying to make this world a better place for everyone.
Stray Dogs Get New Lives in Animal Planet's 'Last Chance Highway' {Pawnation OLD}
Jun 19th 2010 11:21PM Stories like this just confirm my belief in how STUPID people can be when they don't spay and neuter their dogs and then let them run around to freely procreate and add to the unwanted pet population. Having a pet is like having a child, if you can not properly provide for it then you should not have it. I heartly applaud her efforts in rescuing these animals and sending them away from the high rate kill shelters and north into the arms of loving families.
By the way, shame on the man that won't let her pay to have his pit bull spayed. He should be greatly ashamed of himself for most likely contributing to the euthenasia of any future puppies she may have.
