Dec 23rd 2009 11:16AM My comments are about the orthodox christians in Turkey. As this area was the foundation of the Christian religion , it is unfortunate that the government continues to discriminate against Christians. The government closed their training school for orthodox prists over 10 years ago. There this beautiful building sits empty. If Muslims want peace and Turkey wants to be a more complete member of the European Union, they should do more to teach their people tolerance and to set the example by letting these Christians have their school returned to them . If all blogs got on this, hopefully this message would reach Turkey and its leaders. Thanks, Joan
