May 8th 2011 9:16PM read the story as if it was my own. the alcohol on my moms breath when she came in my room in a rage for no reason at all and took everything off the bed, the curtains, everything in the dresser , everything in the closet and tell me to clean it up. one time a friend of mine brought me a new pair of skates while i wasnt home and left them with my dad, when i came home my father was taking off the new wheels and putting them on my sisters skates ! he asked me how many times did i sleep with him to get them? and the physical abuse was so bad when i went to gym one day my gym teacher pulled me out and asked what the hell happened to you? well after all that emotional scarring and two cheating husbands i found it so hard to say to my kids and grandchildren " i love you", my mom never told me she loved me. one son lived just down the street and i avoided him cause i was so embarrassed by the way i was. i finally talked to his wife and explained why and she and i worked on it with me, she was wonderful and cared and now i have the most amazing relationship with all my family. i see them often and it wonderful, and never ever hang up the phone without saying i love . the sad ending though to this story is my sister who was just as abusive as my mom is when my mom passed away nobody told me. i found out accidentally. my mom only saw my kids 2 times in her life, said she was too young to be a grandmother at 45 ! her loss my gain. advise to all? face your demons head on and live life to the fullest !

Feb 8th 2011 9:20AM i have 4 boys and i worked, none of them were fat, im the one with the weight problem so dont say its genetic. you teach your kids to eat the well balanced meal and they are like trained in their minds to eat healty. if you dont educate your kids, sure they will eat garbage.
