Always saying something like, 'I was testing this new model and we were going somewhere or other...and I picked up J.L.K Davis...I recall he panned the new MBZ from the late nineties as unstable in crosswinds. Go a lot of flack for that.

Mar 14th 2011 1:39PM It isvery dangerous to be sitting in the back row if they are hit from the rear. These seats can be shoved up against the
middle row like a grilled cheese sandwich. Also the people/kids are trapped back there with little exit routes.
It was always a horrible idea, 3 rows. Even the Mercury Colony Wags of he Seventies with the backward facing seats
were risky.

You'd hate to go to Home Depot and load this GX up with ouzing sod...It is really too nice to use for its intended mkt.
why not get a Ford F150 Crew cab.If you need storage you have the back seat area. If you need towing, get a tow pkg.
Best of both worlds, And in calif, Ford Crew are supposedly selling for 23K+/-
