LeBron Thanks Akron in Newspaper Ad, Doesn't Mention Cleveland {Fanhouse NBA Blog}

Aug 3rd 2010 9:57PM Your an idiot! WTF does that mean " no sports, we have the Cavs still, the Bengals, The Browns, Ohio State, we have teams. Many states have no football or basketball teams at all. They can't all be winners. If the Lakers have won as many as they have guess what that means, all the rest of the states teams have lost, duhhhh. Brains! The Cleveland Clinic is world reknown and University Hospitals are close behind. And forgive me but you can't be a high school dropout and be a doctor. Tons of famous actors and even kings( Shahs) have come to Ohio to be cared for. Remember the first Larynx replacement was here not to mention face transplant. Wendy's which is almost every state started here and Sam Walmart's empire started here and still remains. And yes the weather can be cold but when I call my family in NewYork they get hit just as hard and sometimes harder. We have our troubles but Clevelanders/Akronites and Ohioians in general have a strong constitution and you can't beat that with a stick. Lebron can go anywhere he wants but he will always be wherever he is at, if he can look at himself in the mirror after screwing his fans so be it. We arent angry he left, it is how he left. We were screwed from obtaining any talent due to his late announcement and he knows it.

Omarosa Feuding With 'Real Housewives' Bethenny Frankel {BV Newswire}

Jun 19th 2010 11:18PM Bethany Frankel is such an annoying pig. She is a bitch on the show and makes me hate anything she stands for. It is one thing to be brutally honest but she is more than that, she is rude and obnoxious. I can't stand her or that wishy washy Alex on that stupid show. Anyway how did she get to be a housewife when she was just a desperate wannabe! Who cares if her hubby is gay she would've jumped at a drag queen she was so desperate. And who cares about Omarosa or Janice Dickerson, they are all such a bore. I hope Bethany and Omarosa's too long 15 mins is almost over!

Opinion: I Had a C-Section - Does That Make Me Less of a Mother? {ParentDish}

Mar 17th 2010 7:47PM I too have had both and I personnally did not have a difficult time with either. My first was vaginal w/ meds, my second was midwife no meds, my third and forth were vaginal no problems, and my last was a c-section and they all were just wonderful. My doctor did not pressure me one way or another. I was up and running just a fast with my c-section as I was with my vaginal births. 2days and I was fine. I didn't even use my meds once I was home, because I didn't want to become addicted. My children are healthy and happy. It really doesn't matter who, what, when, where or how. It just matters that WE DID! God bless all woman because w/o them where would humanity be?

Surgery: The Weight-Loss Method of Choice for 80 Percent of Women {That's Fit}

Mar 16th 2010 8:55PM That's funny that you would say that because of all the children born in the world 100% of them were born to women. All of which had to gain weight in order to have healthy children. Also what is the excuse for overweight men? Let's be honest here men are way more judgemental than women. On average a woman loves her man even if he gains weight whereas a man judges his woman based on whether or not she can maintain the same weight she was when they met. Thank God for the real men who love their women no matter how much they weigh now or when they met. I gained weight after giving birth to 5 kids but I have gotten NO complaints because I look better than when I was twiggy thin and by all the attention I get when I walk out the door I am happy to have curves now. Lastly this article doesn't take into account that women are bombarded with ads and commercials pushing surgery as the cure all. And that once you have the surgery you will not gain weight in those areas again. So those are better odds then trying to lose stubborn lbs. the hard way. And who has time to excercise unless you count lifting kids and running errands.

U.S. Secretary of Education Lauds Decision to Fire Entire School Staff {ParentDish}

Feb 25th 2010 3:05PM Maybe they all have but you have to start somewhere and cleaning house to make sure only the most dedicated teachers are in the classroom is definately a great start!

U.S. Secretary of Education Lauds Decision to Fire Entire School Staff {ParentDish}

Feb 25th 2010 2:57PM I am sure that the people who find this ruling to be unfair are the very teachers who have NOT been doing their jobs! And of course the union reps. One idiot actually said to punish the family by taking away their only source of income, that just further punishes the children. I have been an educator of hispanic students in N.J and did not mind staying late and/or coming in early and I had the opportunity to hear teachers speak, who did not give a shit about their students. We want to believe that all people go into teaching because they love it, that is a crock! Someone posted that they were essentially recieving $1 per hour for a classroom full of children. Not every child needs one on one and not every teacher teaches. And if you didn't like the ratio don't take the job. I have dozens of aquantences who go into teaching for all the wrong reasons, job security, summers off, holidays, good pay (decent in some areas) ,being home by the time their kids come home and so on and so on . Kudos to those good teachers, like my childhood teacher, Mrs McBride at Broadway elementary (in the hood). She never cried about how bad the kids were. She went above and beyond and oftentimes spent her own money. At 42 yrs of age I still remember and applaud her. This was a topic yesterday w/ many teachers who admit knowing tons of bad teachers and some who look at those and wonder why they should work so hard. So it does have a ripple effect. My very good friend, Andrea Puri, also taught (science) in the hood of N.Y and she was dedicated to her students and went above and beyond. She would never be content to see so many of her students failing. Blaming the kids, the parents and the neighborhood is all crap. For $70k a yr + in an area where most people make on average $ 20K it is NOT asking too much to care a little about the kids and put more of yourself into it. Lastly there have always been bad teachers, as a youth I sat in my classes with teachers who did their masters degree homework during class time and gave ditto sheets instead of teaching. Now they are not supposed to do that but there are other ways to not teach. I stay at home with my 5 kids and I read and do homework as well as raise them. But I will never forget those bad teachers and as a parent will make sure that my kids don't encounter bad teachers. So I applaud the Superintendant and administration who refuse to sit back and cower to the unions!!!

Robert Gibbs Is Hands-On in Mocking Sarah Palin {Politics Daily}

Feb 10th 2010 10:21AM Some ppl are ignorant for life, Palin is everything that's wrong with politics. Pretending to give a crap about our country. If she cared she would throw herself behind a viable, intelligent candidate.Someone who wasn't elected by default. She is just doing all this crap because she can make a hell of a lot of money doing the guest speaker circuit.Not to mention the fact that she would be laughing all the way to the bank as the first incompetent female president. Just because you have a child w/down syndrome and one who was a teenaged mom b4 she was a highschool graduate does not a president make. Stop being stupid people.

Medical Doctorate? Register with Lufthansa and get free miles {Gadling}

Feb 4th 2010 12:09AM My husband is a doctor and I agree with the person who asked about doctor bashing. My husband used to work 24hrs on call , every other day, come home fall asleep while eating dinner and be gone by 6a.m. to do it all over again for 10 yrs. He went to school for 10 yrs and graduate top of his class which wasn't easy. Yet 15yrs later he was still paying off his loans. Doctors family lives suffer a lot because the family is often neglected because of long hours, call schedules,eight hour surgeries, as well as the constant need to upgrade their knowledge through continuing education. Because of the hypocratic oath they are required to care for a patient w/o a guarantee of pay. My husband has even had some of his elderly patients refuse to pay their bill because ," In 1974 I only paid my doctor $34.00 and I had the same problem then" Try telling a senior citizen that their social security should only be $65.00 a month because that's what seniors lived off of in 1974! It could never happen. Doctors do a great service as do nurses, EMTs and fire/paramedic personnel if you want to have the same perk request it but don't put down the doctors for being recognized. To the nurse who suggested that she could do some things better than a doctor lets face it, they are equipped to do those things they just don;t do it everyday or else you wouldn;t have a job but can you say the same of what they do? Can you perform long, tedious surgeries with precision? Of course not or you yourself would be a doctor instead of a nurse. And in 20 yrs my husband has never lost a patient on his table, thanks to his skill and God.

Luv Coach Q&A: Polygamy {BV on Love}

Jan 13th 2010 1:14PM The whole polygamy thing is for greater minds to ponder particularly as to whether or not it is biblical. The second question however is worth commenting on a human level. I am a wife and until I am not, I am. So if you want to save me the time of having rote sex and dealing w/his idiocyncracies as well as his gross hygienethat his wife just had rituals be my guest but if I wanna have sex with him I will. It is w/in my rights as a WIFE. And believe me it has happened often. A man may tell you he ain't sure the baby we just had is his because he can't "remember" the last time we had sex but it's a lie. Or that he was drunk when we went to bed that's a lie as well. Men wanna have their cake and eat it too. And dumb whores like you are always there to feed that need. Thank you. As far as his sister not wanting her kids exposed to your adulterous/fornicating ways I don't blame her. I have 3 brothers and they better not bring a mistress around my kids. My mother-in-law says that children from these types of relationships should be " YOUR Dirty little secret". Kelly Gaye Eppinger from Long Beach CA. knows this first hand, right Kel? Always a mistress never a wife.

23-Year-Old Gets Adopted At Last {ParentDish}

Jan 3rd 2010 11:14PM This is a wonderfully heart warming story and I am very happy for this young man and his new dads. I am a Christian and have no bigoted thoughts. One question I have is why with all the wonderful comments here, which far outway the bad, do some people just focus on the negative comments? Get over it not all people are going to have the same values or opinions. As for saying straight christians don't adopt or foster kids that is absolutely false. My husband and I went through the adoption process here and it was one disaster after another. Family members who after 6 years of fostering the kids decided to keep the child or no small children who were not sexually abused ( Which was an issue since we had young children of our own) and then constantly being told we could adopt an older child for one reason. So there are lots of reasons some people don't adopt who want to. Please people can't we all just get along?
