Oct 21st 2010 2:28PM Any first time use of a credit card at walmart instructs the cashier to ask for ID, even if you used it at a different Walmart. I believe the same thing occurs at Best Buy. It shouldn't upset anyone to get a little attention, that may save your butt if the card were stolen. These cashiers also error sometimes, and I think maybe this case could be an example, and nobody wants to admit that, hence the runaround to resolve it.

People who antagonize others no longer receive consequence, those that dish out a deserved justice, get slammed as the guilty ones. This country is getting worse, and the real heroes and justified get hurt, not the ones who deserve it.

Sep 6th 2010 8:23PM Don't do it! Youll pay more in closing costs than it's worth, just loosen up a little on the extra bit, you may find that a few extra dollars may go along way if your careful how you use it, rent movies and stay home, instead of going to the movies etc. etc.

Jul 20th 2010 10:00PM When I got divorced, My wife had only one bill she'd be responsible for,,,,, 2yrs later I got a call from a collector in regards to that bill, he said a divorce decree assigning that bill didnot protect me from its payment obligations. He wasn't very nice the way he told me this. I told him to go after her, and then if he bothered me again I would sue him for harrassment. He called back 1 hr later, swwearing at me for this bill, I told him to come on over, I'd be waiting with my shotgun,,,,, he never called back after that.

Jul 15th 2010 3:12PM This was no mistake, this company, all companies out there will cut your throat for profit. The only reason this got rectified was because it went public. I hope this business goes under from this, I hope that a change in practices that prey on us happens. Where is our Govt. in regards to this kind of matter. I'll tell you,,, they are sitting back in their leather recliner, all they have bought by the taxpayer, taking legalized bribes from special interest groups, Insurance groups. Throw out our Govt. demand "by the people for the people" ethics.
