Boots for Women: 10 Must-Have Picks {Shopping Articles Blog}
Nov 6th 2009 12:55PM Sounds like you're getting your monies worth out of the Ugg's so you shouldn't feel too bad. I agree with you though, I feel sick thinking of buying such expensive shoes. I suppose it is worth it if they will last an entire season or two though. Less expensive shoes wouldn't hold up that long so you're actually paying less in the long run. :D
Kate Gosselin Gets One-Hour TV Special {PopEater}
Oct 23rd 2009 7:34PM I agree. Jon was worse than one of the kids. Look at his unmonitored behavior now. He dresses like a teenager, he's dating a child, he's had poor choices in dating a bunch of girls, and he stole money out of the household expense bank account. My goodness, who out there would like to deal with all that nevermind try to raise eight children at the same time. That would put anyone would be on edge!
Disney Gets Into The Wedding Ring Business {Luxist}
Oct 22nd 2009 11:51AM I agree with Candy. Disneyland is way too expensive, especially for the average family right now. We have two free passes but still can't afford the $300 for our children's tickets and parking. I think Walt Disney would be horrified if he knew what they were charging for admission. He built the park for children everywhere to enjoy and I really feel that philosophy has been lost over the time.
Disney Gets Into The Wedding Ring Business {Luxist}
Oct 22nd 2009 11:41AM I agree. I have always loved visiting Disneyland since before my first birthday, but the prices are really ridiculous. We have two free passes right now but can't justify paying for three more children's tickets and the parking there. I think Walt Disney would be horrified if he knew what they were charging. It was built so children everywhere could enjoy it, not just a rich few.
SmackDown: Jon or Kate for Parent of the Year? {ParentDish}
Sep 23rd 2009 2:34PM Is this the same babysitter that Jon is being accused of sleeping with while the kids were home?
I think Kate was over the top on earlier episodes when speaking to Jon. However, I have seen quite a few episodes were Jon is pretty snippey with Kate too. I think raising 8 young children is very stressful and it spilled over into their marriage unfortunetly. I do think Kate is taking a higher road at this time than Jon is though.
I have a friend who had three children and then triplets, one with severe handicaps. After two or three yrs of caring for the children she went off the deep end. She moved away from her family and began partying...HARD and sleeping around. After a few months she woke up and went back to her family. I wonder if Jon isn't experiencing the same thing. Only problem is, his antics are being splashed all over the place and I don't think he will have a home to go back to.
Kate 2.0 Loses Job And Gosselin {PopEater}
Aug 7th 2009 4:29PM Where is Jon finding these women? They could both use a good plastic surgeon and a heaping dose of common sense!
Octuplet Mom Asks for Money on New Web Site {ParentDish}
Feb 12th 2009 8:55PM Nadya had said in her Dateline interview that she used IVF for all of her 6 pregnancies and for at least 2 of her miscarriages. She also stated that she paid approx. $10,000 for each procedure. How does a person qualify for SSI and food stamps yet afford $80,000 for IVF?
She is obviously not a sane woman. No one in their right mind would spend so much to have so many babies while having so many other children at home to support. This is the same person who is studying in the field of psycology! How ironic.
Gross public behavior {That's Fit}
Jul 2nd 2008 11:53PM My husband and I went to a concert a few years ago. The guy behind us was extremely drunk. Awhile into it, I felt something splashing my legs and, when I turned around, he was peeing right behind me. As it turns out he was a teacher too!
