Sep 25th 2009 8:31AM I think this is a great idea. I have lost two dogs recently and didn't just want to bury their ashes in the backyard or put them up on a shelf in the living room. A memorial like this is perfect for how I want to remember my dogs, who were like my kids! I've heard of people that carry the cremated ashes of a family member around in a little vial around their neck...that, I think is creepy...but, to each his own. Who's to say how we mourn or whether burial is right vs. cremation. It's a personal choice. A very personal choice. For me, I'll go with the diamonds...
