The Dog Bar {Luxist}

Sep 11th 2006 3:10PM I think this is kind of silly. Who needs a dog collar at 2am.? Pets are wonderful to have, but let's draw the limit somwhere. There are starving and homeless children and seniors on our very own streets. Let's rethink our priorities, ok?
