Cindy Jackson Boasts Guinness World Record for Most Plastic Surgery {Stylelist (Main)}
Apr 5th 2011 2:24PM No matter how many surgeries she has had, biologically she is still 51 and unless she pays equal attention to her health, she is no better off than anyone else. At the very least she is out of lot of money and has changed nothing on the inside.
Five Smokin' Valentine's Day Gifts for Cigar Lovers {Luxist}
Feb 4th 2011 9:08AM An even better gift to the regular cigar smoker would be a rider to their health insurance policy that would pay for a complete oral and esophageal cancer screening every 6 months and annual lung CT scan to help detect those small cancer nodules that traditional chest X-rays miss. On the other hand if you really didn't like the person, keep them supplied with as many cigars as they could possibly consume each day.

Backstage Report: Donny Osmond Wins 'Dancing With the Stars' Season 9 {AOL TV: Dancing with the Stars}
Nov 25th 2009 9:18AM I too am really disappointed with the show. It was clear that Myra was the best dancer out there and she demonstrated that week after week. The show has become more of a personality thing and the individual with the most name recognition and overall fan base has a distinct advantage over the other contestants. The same thing happened last year when Melissa was clearly the better dancer week after week only to lose in the finals to the better known olympic gymnist (Johnson). You even see it in the week to week voting when superior dancers, but who are lesser known individuals, are often voted off while the more well known but clearly inferior dancers are voted to stay -- even when the lesser known individuals receive significantly higher scores from the professional judges. The voting system just favors the better known personalities.

Sep 21st 2009 3:33PM Lung cancer is rarely found in a life-long nonsmoker. The exception are those nonsmokers who have a significant exposure to second-hand smoke. Statistically, an estimated 90 to 95% of the160,000 lung cancers diagnosed annually in the US are due to exposure to tobacco smoke. But unlike some other cancers, cancer of the breast for example, which has a cure rate of about 85%, only a very small percentage of lung cancer patients will survive their disease because most are diagnosed so late. Once it shows up on a standard X-ray, the most common method such tumors are first diagnosed, its already a late stage disease and thus untreatable, except for pallative care which is only designed to help the patient buy a little time. Usually just months. Most patients diagnosed with a late stage lung cancer will only live about a year to 18 months.
