Jun 18th 2011 1:40PM I have to agree....I am 69, but try to dress "in style" without going overboard. I adapt the latest fashion to my taste and keep a solid wardrobe of LBD's...in colors and prints! They travel well in Europe and can be made to look different with scarves and other accessories. I keep the shoes moderate, but stylish and often colorful. A really good bag will go anywhere and only one convertible cover clutch travels with me.

Oct 24th 2010 11:40PM Congrats! I once lost 120 pounds....my problem was a result of a very stressful job. I decided that "they" weren't going to have me kill myself. I had stuff to do! After the weight loss, I had bilateral knee surgery (my knees were shot from the weight). Then I just jumped back in and worked until retirement. I am now happily retired and traveling. YOU PACK YOUR OWN CHUTE! Remember that as if you were actually going to sky dive...keep the pack light and strong. Dr. B
