Oct 7th 2009 5:43PM I have to say that the remake is in subpar to the to original and snes version. Yes the SNES version was longer and more characters, but it was the easiest for me to play. You had to master the throwing foot soldier grab and voila. Slash was easy too , you just had to do the combo timing and done. repeat and repeat.
I stay with the original arcade version. I dislike in the remake with its diagonal hits.
Arcade > Snes version > remake

So they borrowed the power up upgrades from Diddy Kong Racing too. Nice. Looks great. I respect Gran Turismo but arcade style racing like Initial D is much better. To each its own. :)
