Oct 30th 2009 9:44AM Is there any help for the people that did everything you are supposed to do...make your payments, PAY for your insurance, WORK, save...you know the normal things. And then we loose half of everything but we are asked to pay for all of the people that sat around. "REDISTRIBUTION" of our wealth doesn't feel so good when you worked for 40 years lost half of what you saved and now we are told to give more.

Oct 15th 2009 8:10AM I know selling real estate is a difficult job with long hours and a high rate of no sales but this should not be a surprise. I actually blame some of the housing issues on the agents ..they had to see people getting in to houses they could not afford. I have bought 6 houses over the past 30 years or so and there were many times they tried to talk me up a price range or two with "creative" financing. I declined as I didn't like adjustables or things that sounded too good to be true. They even took my wife to some higher priced homes to wow her and then you have a hard time going back to reality. I am lucky that she realized the difference between need and want.

The Big 3 try to be so coy or don't want to look at stories that might be of a view they don't agree with. FOX just seems far to the right when everyone else is so far left that center appears wacky.
