What the bookies are saying about the upcoming bear market {BloggingStocks}

Sep 10th 2006 10:37AM That's exactly what I think. The markets need a correction, but only a short one. Ben "helicopter" Bernanke will stand aside and supply the markets with a lot of money, if they sink too much.

Real estate, real problems: for now {BloggingStocks}

Sep 10th 2006 10:26AM I think the housing bubble is at the beginning of stage one and will end in 2008. After that comes stage two where in some first class areas the home prices will increase a little. But not everywhere in the USA. In stage three that will last untill 2012 the real pain will hit the house owners. The house prices will decrease sharply and the rest of the 30 Year housing bubble will burst. Why? Take a look at the money supply numbers. They (and the dept of state and private households) increased parabolical in the last 30 years. Inflation is the result. That is what happened and increased the prices the last years. But now inflation has begun increasing the cost of living. In 2012 inflation will be at 15% and with this the fed funds rate. A lot, really a lot of people must sell their homes then, because they can't finance the debts. That will drop the home prices very sharply.
Sorry, but that's my opinion.

Sep 9th 2006 7:37AM I don't trust any chemicals especially when they will be on my body. I don't understand why Maria is taking this risk.

Sep 7th 2006 12:50PM Very good article!

The above article brought back a lot of memories. I might just open up my storage space to check up on my performa, bondi iMac, and Cube. My Mac experiences have been positive. I really love my iBook.
