It used to be that home owners would leave lights on timers, stop mail, and have 1 close neighbor keep an eye on the house. Dec 14th 2010 11:14PM Ron, you need to check and see if you have 120v meter or a 220v meter. If you still have a 120 meter you are paying twice of what you should. Also have the elec co come out and check your meter to see if it is working properly. I've been an electrician for 30 yrs and have seen this problem many times. Sometimes you can find an electrician that will come out for a reduced rate if you are elderly or disabled. Either way it sounds like there is something wrong. You are pulling too small a load for that high of a bill.

I imagine the poor folks stuck in New Orleans at the superdome would have loved to been on that exact cruise. It would have been a walk in the park compared to what they had to go through!

Nov 5th 2010 5:20PM The only problem with this tool giving advise is that she was never a star! Or even considered one except in her own mind! Beverly Hills 90210 was not star making television. She was a flavor of the week, and kept her face in the tabloids by being a jerk. She is about as much a star as paris hilton, or jessica simpson and her little sister. Whats her name? Bout the same amount of talent too. I'd rather watch a Tori Spelling LMN movie of the week than anything with shannon dougherty in it. In fact if I see that she, or paris hilton for that matter, is in any kind of movie or tv show I refuse to watch it. Not that it makes any difference to either one of them. Just saying!
