Apr 21st 2010 12:07PM I had this card for 1 year and have a serious issue with them. Someone stole my number and bought a HP computer for $499.99, so I called them immediately to let them now and their response was (unlike AMEX) "You contact the merchant and tell them that is it a fraud charge and have them fill out the report" until then you are responsible!!! Amazing! Can you believe that that is the way they handle an issue? AMEX would NEVER do that. They would handle the entire situation. I even spoke to a manager and he said you should be the one calling the merchant since it's your card!
So beware if you have any issues! In my opinion the is NOT a concierge card. Perhaps they need to google the word concierge.
Needless to say I canceled this and will be sticking with my Platinum AMEX.
