Dec 10th 2009 8:18PM I was on an American flight from Paris to Dallas in October in Business class and one of the cabin crew was so over weight that she could ntot move down the aisle except side ways , and even then she would bump every passanger that was sitting in a aisle seat. If overweight passangers are a safety issue, what does do if the flight crew that has to help you during an emergency is too overweigth to do their job

Aug 11th 2009 7:59AM As for Gordon Ramsey, I find him an embarressment to anyone that happens to be Scottish. Also a few months ago I went to his restaurant in London Heathrow airport for breakfast (and it was the worse food I ever had, and to add insult to the meal, they were even short of some items ) but they do know how to charge even for bad food and service.
On one segment of his "hells's Kitchen" he took the contestents to a meat plant to educate them on meat cuts and where they came from on a beef carcass (someone should give his top chef an education on "Meat 101" as he had the hind and fore quarter cuts mixed up. I sent Ramsey an e-mail about this issue (but of course never heard back from him) I happen to be an international meat specialist
