May 14th 2010 2:32AM The fact is that Ms. Kagan, being a Constitutional lawyer, violated federal law by not allowing Military recruiters on the Harvard campus. The Supreme Court voted against her 9-0, and stated that it violated federal law. Anyone who so blatently ignores the law she is supposed to defend does not belong on the Supreme Court or any court for that matter.

It's not like everyone doesn't know it's illegal!!! Makes ya wonder if he's done it before. Think about it, would you want him to be chatting with your 14 yr old daughter ???

The public can and should vote them out of office or demand removal of any person that holds office that violates the public trust and the laws of the land.
We the people hold the power to change what needs to be changed if we would only use it instead of looking the other way.
It is time for America to wake up and demand better of our politicians.
