Nov 11th 2010 12:34PM Nobody forced Cam Newton to go to Auburn. He went there because it gives him an opportunity to showcase his talent and thereby become a hot prospect for the NFL. What gives him the right to ask for money to go to the college? Aren't they providing him with an opportunity to make more money than he will ever dream of if he didn't got to a major school like Auburn. The notion that he deserves the money because the school makes money off football is ridiculous. That means we should divide up the money the school makes off football among the players on the team, not just Cam Newton. After all it is a team sport. Just as ridiculous an idea, no?

They are so not basketball, but merely who can walk the most, commit the most obvious fouls that will not be called and then see if we can beat you by making the most three point shots. Basketball died years ago for the pros. Now it's theatrical TV just like pro wrestling.
