Neiman Marcus Top Ten Fall Trends {Luxist}

Aug 28th 2006 9:20PM I am loving the trends this fall...especially Belts! I also love that sweater vests are making a comeback..they look great with the belts and white shirt! Are boots really considered a trend? I thought they were always in for fall?
