Why did so many cross and vote for Obama when Palin was on the Republican ticket. It is the so called Tea Party voting for her. They haven't any brains or taste. Nov 7th 2010 12:30PM I have grandchildren in Little League and other team sports. The fairest way would be to have a computer pick the teams and that way all the biggest and best would not be on one team. That way it would give all the other players a chance to excile and maybe grow. Isn't that what these team sports are about. Learning the game and learning sportsmanship.

My husband was let go by his company, we lost his pension, health insurance and life insurance, he was dying from pancreatic cancer. Give the guy a chance, he has enough to battle right now.

Jul 28th 2010 10:32AM I am glad that the Girl Scouts are teaching young girls to be happy with a normal weight. The skinny models and so called stars today look sick. However if a child is obese, they should help her understand good eating habits, not for her self esteem, but for her health. This can be done without hurting her self esteem.

May 24th 2010 3:48PM Do those illegals living in the U.S. include the number of young women who get have babies without getting married and then apply for aide. The illegal immigrants are taking tax payer money from social programs that are aimed at American citizens. Let Mexico take care of their own. We need to revise the constituion to say that if you are born here, you are only a citizen if one of your parents is a citizen. That would stop some of the illegals.

May 1st 2010 10:40AM I sincerely hope that living up to his creed of saving the environment this mansion has no electricty or air conditioning or running water, it takes energy to pump water and certainly he must have hiked to get there or rode a bicycle. Didn't the mansion leave a negative imprint on the environment when they built it. Hmm, guess he just believes in all the money he made from his crusade about the saving the earth. Read in todays paper that South America is increasing their gas an oil industries. New territory for Gore, though I don't they will pay much attention to him and his theories.

Apr 30th 2010 9:12AM Just what do they think is to much to pay for Health Insurance. I pay $357 a month for my medigap and Medicare B insurance and I live on SSI. My children all have to pay high health care premiums or large deductibles or both. Too many people, especially the younger workers, decide they would rather have all the new toys than pay for something as mundane as health insurance. When we were raising my family, all we had and paid for was Hospitalization, all other medical costs, doctor visits, prescriptions, etc came out of our pocket. We didn't have all the toys, but we didn't expect the rest of society to pay for us. Help the people who lost jobs and those with existing conditions and let the others who are still working pay their way.

Apr 30th 2010 9:03AM The only show on TV that I watch every week. My whole family loves this show and they are grown with children of their own. The cast has become a family and each member is important. The show would never be the same without Mark Harmon and the same applies to all the other members. My message to the network, don't let them go, give them an appropriate offer, my message to the cast, don't be greedy and destroy a good thing.
