Aug 27th 2006 12:01AM The best Mai-Tais I have known is from a recipe given me from the bar-tender at the Noah's Ark tavern in Missouri 30 years ago. 1oz. light rum, 1oz. dark rum, 1oz. Curacua, 1/2oz Creme De-Noyeou, 1/2oz. Grenadine, 1/2oz sugar syrup. Shake and pour on crushed ice. Wonderbar. Ron.
