Feb 1st 2011 12:03AM Forget the beer....bring out the Absinthe...makes Jack Daniels look like Kool-Aid...
Jan 31st 2011 11:57PM WHAT??? A Japanese company? I sorta thought it'd be Wal-Mart....
Jan 31st 2011 11:53PM What about Cairo, Egypt. The streets are gonna need to be cleaned.
Jan 31st 2011 11:39PM The most 'legit' or honest things for an 'EnvironMENTAList' to put on their resume is as follows:...you live in a tent, you ride a bicycle, you 'never' own or drive a car, you 'never' own or live in any structure that is envirnmentally destructive...(other than a tent), and you pickup trash off the streets for a living...(to be recycled. and afford your next meals)...
Dec 19th 2010 5:58PM A relative of mine was interviewed at a Superior Grocery store in So Cal recently. This store is in competition with Carneceria Viarta. She was told she would be required to take a drive at her own expense to a distant location for 'training.' Although there was no promise of a job or the possiblity of being hired. If the 'training' takes place at another store, it sounds to me like a way of getting 'free' labor.
Dec 19th 2010 5:43PM Whoever invented the 'craze' must be laughing all the way to the bank! But as far as 'other' uses for them, the kids that are 'growing out' of the craze, the young girls might find a use for them on their first dates....they'd find something to do with them.
Dec 19th 2010 5:14PM Has anyone seen a $100.00 bill lately? Are they still in circulation? I haven't posessed one for a number of years. I guess the rich carry most of them. And why not? Its survival of the fittest and the rich are winning. We work for the rich for a meager wage while the rich pocket the biggest $ bills. Thats reality. We need the rich to employ us, but 'they' don't need us to do the work. Every worker is "very" replaceable.
Nov 21st 2010 6:55PM The facial expression on Miz Bayer looks loke something out of the movie, The Evil Dead.
Nov 21st 2010 6:07PM If every mind has a different perception of what reality is then what constitutes mental illness to begin with? We live in a society of civility. The word 'civil' means 'forced politeness.' But there are other ways people can be uncivil without physical violence. An example? Economic regulation. Over-taxation!!!! A way of controlling the quality of our lives, and improving the lifestyles of those who haven't earned it.
Nov 21st 2010 5:57PM One way to treat the mentally ill, thats supposedly 'proven' to help them feel better is to treat them with unconditional kindest. Try that that on a Democrat like Pelosi, it'll boost her ego to the stratosphere.
