Oct 20th 2006 12:55PM I have very unmanageable hair. Once I get it set, I don't want it to get rained on, snowed on, or blown around. I got a fedora last year, and it works great at keeping the elements away from my hair without squishing it like scarves and other winter hats can. Also, almost everyone looks great in a fedora.

Unfortunately, my Maggie-May (yes, she's named after a Rod Stewart song, but the name fits her so well!)will not put up with anything on her fury little person other than her collar; which is pink with rhinestones and would go so well with this little sweater! Oh well.

Oct 16th 2006 6:07PM I've mentioned before that I don't really like jewelry with leaves on it, but this season's pieces are really winning me over. I'd be a bit worried about some of the parts catching on the cuff of a sweater, but a nice three-quater sleeve sweater could solve that problem!

Especially since he's being very unwilling to do the whole potty thing and still adores his diapers - some days I think about hanging a car air freshener ON him. Now I can actually dress him up as one :)
