Mar 23rd 2007 7:23PM No, she should not be allowed to keep her title. While I don't look down on single mothers AT ALL, this should not be the message we are sending young girls because it is not A-O-K.
While it may be old fashioned to you younguns, I would HOPE we still TRY to promote not having sex outside of marriage. Ditto for the alkies and druggies. Even my 10 y.o. thinks Tara is disgusting as a role model and I agree.

Aug 23rd 2006 11:24AM The problem with why most people are obese much of the time has nothing to do with food, but instead is a good indication of the larger problems we need to face in society and the world as a whole. As we become more advanced in technology, we grow farther from our biological beginnings and from one another as humans.
In addition, the food we eat is no longer pure; it is almost all modified, laced with chemicals, generated with hormones and processed to death.
Obesity should be viewed not as a disease, but instead a side-effect of some the real and largely unaddressed problems faced by Mother Earth and the people that inhabit her.
