Suissa Computers {Luxist}

Oct 2nd 2006 8:46AM I'm really not quite sure which part of the computer I'm looking at. Is this a PC or a laptop? Either way, it's more interesting to look at than my Toshiba.

Bimmer Traffic System {Luxist}

Oct 1st 2006 3:00PM I am someone who gets lost all the time. Once I learn a route, that's it, I never try another way. So when I come up against construction, or an accident that causes a detour, I am lost, literally! I'm constanly calling friends from the road saying, 'I'm at this street, where do I go'? Not only would this help me find my way around day to day, but could help me in a detour situation, so I can stop bugging my friends.

Splenda makes flavored sweetener for coffee {Slashfood}

Sep 27th 2006 10:53AM Like so many others, I try to cut calories where I can, but I don't like what aspartame may do to me, so I use Splenda. I was asking my roommate if she thought it was possible for me to make vanilla Splenda, like vanilla sugar. I'm happy to see I don't have to now, and I can have mare flavours that just vanilla!

Rectangular Bronze Pillar Candle Chandelier {Luxist}

Sep 27th 2006 10:23AM I think this is a really nice piece. Remember those old 'candle' lights with the white plastic tube representing the candle and the orange 'flame' shaped bulb? This is so much better. Great if pets or children prevent you from having real candles.

Remember Ring {Luxist}

Sep 22nd 2006 5:53PM This is so much more attractive that the traditional string tied around the finger. As long as you cn remember to put it on in the mornings, this may just work!

Shure E500PTH Earphones {Luxist}

Sep 16th 2006 7:47PM I think I'm going to have to try more expensive earbuds like these Shure ones. My ears are so sensitive I normally don't feel very comfortable at all wearing earbuds but I love the way they are so unnoticeable. If an expensive set of earbuds means a barely-there fit, I definitely want to give them a try.

$500 Rotary Phone {Luxist}

Aug 27th 2006 10:55AM Okay, this is too odd. I had to read twice to make sure I was reading right. I can see having a retro rotary dial phone hanging around the house somewhere, but making it mobile seems kind of funny.

RTI's T2-C touchscreen controller {Engadget}

Aug 23rd 2006 1:34PM Okay, I really get that this is necessary esp. if you're a home theatre buff with tons of expensive equipment. But I just keep thinking about all the remotes I've lost in my lifetime ... at $800 a pop, this is one I'd have to keep tethered to a special ring set in concrete on the floor ...

Ultraviolet bread box preserves bread, freaks out friends {Engadget}

Aug 22nd 2006 3:54PM If you've got a microwave, or a toaster or toaster oven, just throw your bread in the freezer. When you want your carbs, just nuke it or toast it. Works like a charm.
