Justinianos' Bronx Home is 12 Inches From Apartment Building Construction, and It's Ruining Their View {AOL Real Estate}

omg really? what are you smoking? its not just the lack if a view its also the noise factor, the lack of fresh air, the inability to make repairs to their home etc etc. this building should never have been allowed on such a small lot, just goes to show the greed involved. if this person wanted to build an apt bldg he should have purchased these peoples home an done it the right way. what a pos.
Scooby2, what also should have been mentioned was fire. If that apartment building caught on fire because one of it's tenants did something stupid, the home owners would be in big trouble as well with that building so close. There's a good chance that they could catch fire too.

Confessions of a Mother: Guilty Things Moms Secretly Do {Holidash News}
May 6th 2011 11:57PM This is what the "new" mothers of today are like! They just do what ever is easiest FOR THEMSELVES. REAL parenting is just to hard for them. I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that the majority were also very young parents, as in under the age of 25. And the majority of those that I see out there in the world that age are idiots who haven't even grown up themselves. These broads don't REALLY care one whit about their children. The only reason they even had kids to begin with is so they could say HEY! Look at me! See what I can do?! I'd like to slap every one of them! Them AND the dogs that they got in bed with. No wonder kids today are so out of control.

Tamara Green, Willie Green's Sister, Killed After Watching His Game {Fanhouse NBA Blog}
Dec 31st 2010 4:22PM I'll bet dollars to donuts that had these two been killed by a drunk driver, your attitudes would be so different. You would want the drunk driver to pay dearly. Chances are better than none that these two would have driven drunk again had nothing bad happened. The next time they just might have killed an innocent person. NANCY: Maybe this was GODS way of saving someone else FROM THEM.

I just wanted to let you know God is in charge of who dies and when they die, there are two things that we have nothing to say about in life and that is Life and Death, God is in charge of those things, thank goodness...
Mr. Green was right, God is in charge and He knows what He is doing, Give it to Him and let it go, God Bless The Green Family...Thank God for Mr. Green's Faith..

Nancy: GOD did NOT choose their time to die. THEY DID. GOD gave them a BRAIN and a little something that I like to call COMMON SENSE so that THEY could make intelligent choices. Tell me, was GOD whispering in their ears telling them to have another beer? When they got into the vehicle, was GOD whispering in their ears to take a chance, don't use that seat belt. And was GOD whispering in HER ear telling her to put the peddle to the metal and let that vehicle fly? I DON'T THINK SO!

NANCY, did it EVER occur to you that GOD gave people a BRAIN for a REASON? How about COMMON SENSE? Think he gave us THAT for a reason? Apparently you have neither.
Andrew Gallo, Killer of Nick Adenhart, Two Others, Sentenced to 51 Years {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Dec 22nd 2010 11:28PM I find it interesting that this guy kills an athlete and everyone thinks he deserves life, yet the sister of a basketball player, through her own actions, her own choice, is killed in an accident involving alcohol, in which the passenger, her cousin, was also killed and you people feel bad for her and her family. And the FACT is that she could have taken an innocent persons life. I guess you get a pass if you are an athlete or a member of their family. This is the mentality of sports fanatics. Well, IMO, the guy who killed the pitcher got what he deserves but so did the sis of the Basketball player. Now that BOTH are off the streets, they are a bit safer for everyone else.
