These people are poor BECAUSE they are uneducated and ignorant of economics. Of course their surveys are going to reflect that. There will never be a majority or rich people, and these surveys will always be skewed to ignorance.

Dec 4th 2009 12:04AM Typical. Instead of worshipping God and following the teachings of Jesus, they worship Jesus and follow the teachings of Paul. Oh, I mean "SAINT Paul, who never met Jesus but whose teachings are used as a basis for Christianity.
If someone today said "I had a vision - I alone know what Jesus meant" we'd give him psych meds. Paul gets cannonized and causes non-stop slaughter of humans who disagree with his garbage.

Nov 15th 2009 5:53PM Oh my god. Did I really just see that? This reporter needs his ass kicked. Anyone on this board talking about how the kid need to toughen up is a moron and is not a parent. Anyone here talking about "ah, the kid will get over it" is bitter because they were abused and told to 'suck it up' so they're passing that anger on.
As a PARENT, you don't let other adults come into your home and harm your kids emotionally or physically and tell the kid its okay. People who let that happen raise kids/adults who allow others to abuse them.
The reporter needs to be fired. Yes, fired. I would never watch that newschannel again.

May 20th 2009 3:17AM The people talking about the "Greyhound" crowd on Southwest don't know anything. Fact is, if you fly Southwest Business Class, you are boarded first and able to sit with other business people.
It is only the people who look for bargain fares that have to take second choice of seating.
I fly Southwest all the time, and I'd rather fly next to my Greyhound Crowd brethren for a decent price than be screwed by the other airlines who made their fame spoiling brats with travel expense accounts from businesses who are now bankrupt. To those airlines, us regular joes are nobody's not worthy of their notice. Now they're going down like all the other dinosaurs in the new economy.

Feb 16th 2009 12:26AM I have one word for you people. CHASE. Chase Bank is the best bank. My bank closes at 7:00 PM at my local Fry's Grocery, and anything I do up until 7:00 PM counts for THAT DAY.
Recession? Chase has given men $8500 in unsolicited credit in the last 3 months. BofA raised my rates and said I could opt out (cancel my card) if I chose.
Mortgage refi? Chase refi'd our house when everyone else was shutting down their lending.
