this aircraft exceeded this envolope, if the aircraft would have tried to take off it would Stalled and killed everyone onboard, also once pumped out fuel cant be re-used, it has to be disposed of in a proper manner. The FAA. would have to be called in and reports made and chances the plane would have been grounded by the FAA. the Pilot did the right thing and asked for people to de-plane, I do think the luggage should have been screaned better so people matched thair Luggage if they got off, Please note a flight crew of an Aircraft has complete atonomy as far as passingers and can order them off the Plane, if they dont go peaceable they will go by air police. I am a Comm. Pilot and this pilot did the right thing for safety, the person that loaded the fuel should have double checked the figures with the Pilot or the P.I.C., pilot in command.

Jan 11th 2011 4:14PM if the fuel is pumped out it cant be used again this Double jet AA fuel is 6.00 a gallon and it has to be disposed properly by a licensed company for bio-hazzards. from a Comm Pilot.

I did some reading on this garbage and also found out from an X member I fly with out of Luke AFB in PHX, anyhow he the other pilot said it is a bunch of GARBAGE, all they want is MONEY, the pilot used to donate 90 % of his military pay accept for 10 % and his flight pay that is all he had to live on, his girl friend introduced him to some x-sciencetoligist's and no check, the next day two henchmen showed up at the base, well we are all armed with sholder holsters case we go down in the Desert, the Coyotees are dam mean to say the least, I went to the gate with my friend, these thugs demanded the money right there and then, my friend said he quit, they said he cant quite now I am getting a little bumed out and asked one of the guys if this is a Church as you claim he can give what he see's fit to give, this 6 foot guy gets right in my face but he is 5 inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter so I push back just far enough to greb both thombs and bend and dropped him to his knees, bu then the gate guard summoned help and 6 a.p. came running from the orderly room and had weapons drawn and pointed at the civies, i am a full bird Colnel and the 6 a.p. escorted the bad guys off the base and they got there names and turned them over to the F.B.I. for asaulting me The FBI had them held at the California state line check point and they were transported to the base for ID, I, Ided them and off they went to Phoenix, they posted bail and hitchiked to yuma to get the car out of Impound.scientology, dont mess with the air force on there turf.
