The Most Expensive Take-Out? {Luxist}

Mar 9th 2007 12:54PM People...get a grip! The little green monster is rearing ists ugly head. This is the American way. We choose what we have, need what we choose because we are individuals. Why should you not support someone just because they are capable of satisfying their cravings? Do you know anything else about Kanye than this article? He is very helpful to poor people around the world and has similar feelings about our government. Everything is not as black and white as it appears. We are brought up to believe in the American way which is to become as successful as possible and share the wealth with family. When you become a billionaire you are expected to share with others less fortunate but in my opinion, that is really up to the individual to do whatever they want. They amassed the money by themself and that opportunity is open to everyone who is willing to do what it takes to make it. As long as you pay your workers and keep a clean business ethic, your life is pretty much your own to enjoy. Don't hate the player hate the game..........

5 Ways to Revamp Your Wardrobe {oldstylelist}

Jan 12th 2007 8:00PM I 4got 2 tell u guys I lost from size 24 to size 14 in 3 years! I invented my own diet called the ice cream scoop! I served my self anything I wanted cooked anyway I wanted but only 1 serving in an ice cream scoop. I walk a lot so I toned down very well as I came down. A typical meal would be a scoop of rice, scoop of a vegetable, and scoop of meat (I'd actually "melon ball" what ever meat I was served with the ice cream scoop!) If I was still hungry I would drink water or eat different fruit mostly watermelon and apples. It worked great!!!!!!!!!

5 Ways to Revamp Your Wardrobe {oldstylelist}

Jan 12th 2007 7:50PM I'm a size 14 and loving it! If you have great legs buy tight jeans or skirt any length and pair it with a blousy top. It always takes about 10 lbs. off my appearance. I'm a fan of the Thrift shops in the village and Park Slope. You will pay a good penny but the quality is worth it. Don't forget this rule--unless you are tall, never wear a long dress with flats. The exception is that they have a lot of stylish heels on flats these days that give the illusion of a highheel shape. Ponytails make your face appear smaller. The higher up you head you cinch it. Accent your eyes and lips and leave those cheeks alone. Trumpet dresses make you slim as long as your top is sleek and cleavage showing. Good Luck!

The most dangerous foods {That's Fit}

Oct 27th 2006 6:33PM My dear #146 cold water solidifies the dirt and germs and makes them flow easier. (Cold not Hot water in Toilet)!!!!!!! Hot water makes the germs multiply. Soap on vegetables only give you diarrhea if you do not rinse completely. God loves us and to those who don't believe in him Nature loves you and no matter what man 's greed forces and lessens him to do to the produce etc. to make a buck--remember--moderation, limitation, happiness and love is all you have to remember to guide you through lifes decisions.

The most dangerous foods {That's Fit}

Oct 27th 2006 3:03PM Live clean let your works be seen. Stand firm or you gonna feel burned. A certain amount of bacteria in foods is necessary if you plan to live in a modern world. Moderation is the key to survival.

Want to live longer? Try cold showers {That's Fit}

Sep 15th 2006 12:28PM Live clean, let your works be seen. Stand firm or you gonna feel burn. Bless and curse not. Smile and walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes a day, rain or shine! 1 drink at night before retiring to bed whatever you like to drink! Cold water shower does shock your body into great circulation but you must build up to the cold temperature from lukewarm. Smoking dries out your skin! Whenever possible, eat uncooked fruits and vegetables. Keep meat preparation simple, grill, broil or bake. This is the secret to a great life and longevity!

Aug 18th 2006 2:41PM What about "I can't drive...55!" I love that song although I forgot who sings it. It's been a long time since that was a hit. I still here it on Oldies Radio.
