Jul 22nd 2009 10:08PM I was born and raised in Detroit, MI. I am not ghetto, I am not from a broken home, I am college educated and I am investing in my community. My soon to be HUSBAND (8-29-09) and I just purchased a home (in full) and did I mention that I am from Detroit? Now most of you are STILL paying on your home, come from broking homes, functional coke heads and of perverse nature, so please don't be so quick to judge. It is funny how everyone tries to turn it into a race thing, when it is really an economic status situation. Just because some of you had a headstart off of the land that YOUR great ancestors stole and became rich off of the labor of others, does not make you any better. People learn how to survive, not to say that all of their actions are right, but if some of you went broke today you would rather kill yourself AND your children than to deal with the responsibility. Grow up and help the problem instead of wasting time being racist jerks.
