Feb 18th 2010 12:46AM The most important thing you can do to sell a house fast is price it right. If you can't justify your price based on acitvity in the area the buyers won't be able to either. Most buyers will see your home for the first time on the internet. Make sure you have lots of great pictures that have been taken by a professional. I'm a realtor in LA and I can get a house photographed by a pro for no more than 3350. Worth every penny. Also, making sure your home looks great is important. You can't live in your home like you always do when you have it on the market unless you are natuarally a neat freak.

Jun 11th 2009 1:24PM This home was open for broker's caravan this past tuesday. It photographs well but when you see it in person it's actually a bit tired and needs a makeover. It's also in an area in the Hollywood Hills among some really ugly dumpy looking homes so the overall assessment among the agents I was with was that it is worth no more than $5 million tops.
