We have some local niche areas here in Boston that we are starting to see exceed $1000/sqft....and even a few places close to $2000/sqft. Prices will continue to raise in these dense urban markets. You can probably tell we dont believe in the urban-bubble.

Aug 16th 2006 11:01AM We have seen this in various mixed-use condo developments around the US and Canada. When the developments are at an early enough stage to adapt to market conditions this ususally happens...its a good thing. Its a smart developer, developing needs for the neighborhood.
