Apr 2nd 2011 9:26PM Two problems I have with this...first of all the meatheaded customer service agent had no business telling this man that it was the flight attendant's problem when he/she more than likely knew what the policies were on board that flight! and secondly WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE LINE OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ALL THESE WORKERS?? I mean for crying out loud!!!! and another thing...do you mean to tell me that they could not compromise a little and find an alternative or happy medium for this passenger on this plane so he wouldn't be as inconvenienced as he was!? I kinda find that hard to believe, how ridiculous!!!!!

Apr 2nd 2011 2:06PM This is 1 of many reasons as to why I will never fly on an airplane again! I like my feet on the ground..thankyou.... been on a plane quite a few times over the years and had experienced a few scary moments at 35 thousand feet, but after the 911 tragedy..that absolutely put the icing on the cake for me! haven't flown since and never will again! and to make matters even worse, seeing something something like this happen ABSOLUTELY seals the deal. How careless and incompetent of the workers that were responsible for this! I know mistakes happen, but when you're talking about 200 and some lives at stake...THERE'S TRULY NO EXCUSE..SORRY!!!!!!
