Jun 22nd 2011 10:44AM Hey Joe maybe you need to research California law. California is what they call a 50-50 state. In other words all the money and property acquired by both parents during the marriage will be pooled together and split 50-50. It is also a no fault state. It doesn't matter what either parent has done to cause the divorce everything is still split 50-50.

Feb 22nd 2011 9:19PM To Dawn, this woman is not a US Representative, she is a State Rep, she cannot change this law it is a Federal Law under Homeland Security. Our US Reps. and Senator's would have to make this change. It is a Catch 22 situation we want to be safe when we fly but how far should security checks go. She must have some form of ID showing she was an Alaskan Representative. Do we think a State Rep is going to be a terrorist?
