Aug 18th 2009 5:28PM You know I thought I'd be upset if he came back again but surprisingly I'm not. Football without Brett Favre isn't as entertaining. I love to hear people bitchh and moan about him. He might have not lived up to expectations last year on the Jets but he was playing injured the majority of the season. Green Bay fans must hate Brett but I find it humorous, I really hope he's doing it to get back at the Green Bay front office because they deserve it. After all he did for them they just pushed him out.

It's this type of hierarchical censorship in entertainment that makes it seem so fake and controlled. UFC in my opinion is a breath of fresh air, let natural human emotions show, let people react to a career defining win, don't bottle it up and lose the emotions of the sport. Yes Mr. Lesnar got carried away, but it's only natural to be overwhelmed after a win like that. To look down upon natural human emotions or free speech is basically insulting the foundation of our country.

If you debate that, your either ignorant or in denial, secondly, Brock Lesnar has always had a in your face demeanor directly concerning fights, or in post fight interviews. And to be quite honest, I don't really blame him. Big wins in sports like these get the adrenaline pumping, and sometimes it leads to rash acts. Most of us would probably be similar to him. Now, if you have ever seen interviews outside of the octagon then you will realize he is a family man, that is no different from you or I. Stop being jealous of him, and respect his skills and the publicity he is bringing the sport.

Jun 9th 2009 10:13AM To Jester. It is true that those presidents de-regulated housing loans, but a bad housing market doesn't turn into a deep recession. It takes much more than that. Like I don't know two wars? Then throw in corrupt right wing politicians who accept sums of money for large companies to pass bills letting them terminate American Jobs in favor of moving them to foreign countries for cheap labor. And finally you add government induced paranoia, and fear creep into the minds of ignorant Americans and you get what we have now. By the way, all of the reasons listed above took place under Bush. So in conclusion, NOT blaming Bush would be incorrect.

Bush was and will be this countries worst president by a landslide. Under Al Gore our country would've continued to prosper as under Clinton, but good old G.W. got his brother Jeb (Governor of Florida at time) to do a "recount" and it gave him just enough electoral votes to win. Bush and Cheney continued their greedy ambitions and decided to stage a "terrorist" attack to provide support for their "crusade" on cheap oil and power. Their lust for oil consumed them both, and their invasion of Iraq was the beginning of the spiral downwards for them both. The public turned, countries turned, the UN withdrew support, and the economy began to crash and burn. And now, Mr.Obama is left with the shreds of what the United States used to be before the virus Bush. And you ignorant conservatives have the demeanor to try and accuse Democrats, you make me sick.
