Soldier Brandon Weir Must Take Down American Flag, HOA Demands {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 28th 2013 3:04PM "On your own property", your words, the key here. A condo complex has an agreement when purchased the the owner must abide by...one shares interest in the complex with others. Do what you want with your own property...providing there isn't a stipulation somewhere, perhaps a mortgage document/HOA document/legality that prohibits one from doing certain things without permission by said agreement holders or the law. I don't think you would like it if a person did something to your home when u had an agreement with them that they wouldn't. If one doesn't agree with the HOA, take a vote and change the rules. This is what the flag is all about, freedom to change and refine ourselves...constantly.

Feb 28th 2013 2:43PM HOA's are a necessary evil...so to write. Bitching and complaining is common from owner's who continually watch fee's increase. As a Realtor I've suspected some skimming??? I suggest participation at meetings and watching where every penny is directed by management. Eventually they uncover the crooks...and they go to the not-so-nice-hotel.

Feb 28th 2013 2:14PM Hello All,
As a former proud Marine and as a California Realtor who really cares, I say, if it's totally your property, u own it and there arn't other independant owners involved, then do what u want, that is, if it's legal. What may make it illegal might be the acceptance/agreement of the rules and regs of this HOA. We love America and what the flag stands for, but there are other folks here that have a say in what's hung on their doorsteps/premises. They may not like a Nazi or the Rebel flag either. Smart buyers shy away from extreme issues, and to some, this kind of fight might deter them from a purchase?
Jennifer Aniston Gets Her First Tattoo {PopEater}
Jun 27th 2011 3:18PM Tattoos are just crazy...and for Jen to get one she joins the identifiable ranks of the stupid, not the ranks of the very different, the very stupid. It's okay though, the lazer people are cleaning up too with the removal processes.
Wedding's Off for Hugh Hefner: 'Crystal Has Had a Change of Heart' {PopEater}
Jun 14th 2011 6:50PM They don't get to the hills without looks and they certainly don't to Hef's inner circle without brains. She's smart to cancel and dear Hef will survive...oh gee, with hardly a gal around to hold his attention it's bound to be tough.
Source: Charlie Sheen 'Destroyed' by Ashton News {PopEater}
May 16th 2011 3:55PM The pickins are slim. Krutcher is wrong, maybe if he was a tad older and a little bit more tarnished/stained. Sure he'll make the part his, that's what actors do, we make it ours, but one can only do so much. Folks will tune in for a few shows, my take is that's it's finished as Krutcher is too silly in his delivery and just not experienced enough in life. It be like Stan Laurel playing the part. Like I said the choices are few, George Clooney and Robert Downey make too much making films. So sometimes the casting is very limited and the producers give it their best shot. Personally I would settled Charlie down, made piece, for what, a few more seasons? With almost anyone playing Charlie it's doomed and George and those few that might be right don't want to do TV.
Kelly Ripa on 'All My Children' Cancellation: I Feel Heart Sick {PopEater}
Apr 15th 2011 4:06PM Hey Kelly join the rest of us that have had drastic changes forced upon us with no warning...a part of life. I know you'll survive with tons of cash in the bank, the cushion makes it all a wee bit easier. Think of the poor boy who survived the Hudson River tragedy, real changes there. Think about our military men and women that are dying so you can have that cushion and be able to whine...20 years is a long time, let's see, that had to gross you at least 500k a year, oh I'm soooo sad for you...suck it up princess and get a new publicist. Most folks are having a really much harder time than you and can't relate to your belly-acheing.
Police Use Pepper Spray to Subdue 8-Year-Old at School {ParentDish}
Apr 6th 2011 5:40PM Well at least he's alive and the trigger-happy police didn't shoot his butt full of holes. An eight year old is a big threat to the big policeman, yeah, it's reasonable use of force.
Folks, I keep saying, carrying a weapon (pepper spray)is a power thing,reduce firearems in the hands of police, let every fourth man carry a gun, draw extra firearms when needed. Write your congressman before more questionable police executions occur...I'd like to hear them reason with someone just once before they start shooting...the kid's lucky.
How Would You Deal with Charlie Sheen (and Other Problem Employees)? {AOL Small Business}
Mar 9th 2011 7:48PM I'm older and I've seen at least 15 of my close buds, some who were actors, abuse the white-snake and become incessant, burned out, yaker/talkers with an "I'm right" rant. They're all dead now, all of them, massive heart attacks, strokes, some younger than Charlie. Somebody needs to get a hold of him as when he dies nobody can really replace him.
