Jul 8th 2012 2:26PM OK, look, the guy is hosting a bunch of people on a regular basis and his neighbors are suffering from his activities. I am a Christian but this guy is asking to be persecuted for being a BAD NEIGHBOR. Even churches have rules to follow in building codes. This man is literally punishing his neighbors for living near him. NO ONE should be doing that. He is NOT BEING Christian in his dealings with his neighbors. They deserve not to have traffic and to be able to enjoy their property. He has basically set up a church in a residential neighborhood. Not fair to the other Chrisitians on his street.

I will admit he is verbose and very preachy, but if you ever listened to him, and watched, and listened to the SUBSTANCE of what he teaches you might learn something. I have not met a liberal yet who could answer most of what Glenn Beck teaches. He is not a prophet, he is a believer. Love him or hate him, if you can not find a reason other than his presence on TV and his way of doing things then he must be RIGHT!

I hope to God that she has some background info we do not get, cause I have seen her go off on people whom I tended to believe and who had paperwork and stuff to prove their point. I have to believe the show does some private checking of the facts or else there is some injustice here. The rule of law should be first not the Judge shooting off her mouth for ratings.

I am a redneck. I have a degree in communications from Murray State University in Kentucky. Murray was named one of the 20 best institutes of higher learning in Newsweek Magazine.
What amazes me is the number of false hoods the press got away with in the campaign concerning Palin. First it was that she was not the mother of the new born baby that was mongoloid... stating that the baby was her daughters. OK then the daughter gets pregnant proving it was not her baby. OK point for you on parenting, but then to even the best parents have children who get pregnant. Then you criticized her for not having her daughter get an abortion. Wait, that shows responsibility for ones actions when you do not get an abortion.
The amount of spin thrown at Palin's candidacy was amazing. I will leave you with one final point:

The night of the election the Church Sarah Palin goes to was burned to the ground. I hear no outcry whatsoever.

Beyond that you underestimate the Louisville area. It is no longer as Catholic as it once was, and Pitino has done a lot of community work and charity work over the years.
The Italian Restaurant was most likely his restaurant, as he is part owner or was part owner of a restaurant in Louisville.
Even Tim Sypher the husband of the woman is on Pitino's side on this, so while you can make any claim you want on the internet, the truth is that the woman is a criminal, and Pitino did have a one time affair which he is paying for. Ted Kennedy got away with killing a woman, and have sex with many others, and no one wanted his head and he is a Catholic as well. So get over the fact that ole Rick is human like all of us and start worrying about something important like the war in Afghanistan or Obama's next economy breaker, cars that people can not pay for without jobs, that they got in the Cash for Clunkers program...
Its just basketball, not life and death folks.

Jul 3rd 2009 7:16PM Palin's comments were not the breakdown that this reporter indicates.
She gave several reasoned comments that basically said that the toll on her family, and the cost to the State in ridiculous ethics charges were making it impossible for her to concentrate on the job.
She is leaving for the good of the people of Alaska who have also been under attack from the liberal media. Ethics charges require investigations and cost the state. Her comment that the money is better spent on teachers and cops is correct. She felt that as the focus of National Attention she was costing the people of Alaska Millions of dollars better spent on Alaska.
I would expect those who do not support her to find glory in her defeat. Only thing is that the man replacing her is also a conservative and a maverick and will continue the same policies as Palin.
Now her children who have been targeted might get some relief. Though I expect the media to continue to hound her for a long time. It is a shame that an intelligent woman is being pilloried for being a conservative. Shame on those taking joy in this. Your actions are not those of America and its founders.
