Michelle Obama Goes Short? {BV Hair Talk}

Jul 22nd 2009 11:47PM If she is trying to look like Kate Gosselin with a the hairdo-she needs to go a little lighter on the color

St. Regis Monarch Beach Turned Over To Citigroup {Luxist}

Jul 21st 2009 5:23PM I fail to find humor in the misfortune of others. The lower income classes as usual will bear the brunt of the business failings through unemployment and taxes. WW2 helped pull the US economy out of the depression of 1929 and it was not until 1947 (18 years of hardship) that the light at the end of the economic tunnel became visible-BUT at what cost? Millions dead, and a cold war soon to bring more. At this point in our history if we do not use the past as a learning tool and control big business, eliminate the Walmarts, oligopolies, stop bailing out auto companies and bring back the Mom & Pop retail entrepanuers this country will fail. As a republican I am beiginning to doubt the 2 party system, and the financial structure of Wall St.

Galley Gossip: Flight attendant pet peeve #6 - The run around {Gadling}

Jul 18th 2009 5:00PM If you took your head out of your butt and read the article in it entirety you would understand it more clearly. Buying an airline ticket does not have an indenture certificate attached. The people are there to serve you not be at your every beckon call. Lets face it, you and many like you are just spoiled adult babies.

Jul 18th 2009 4:47PM Bong Airlines "we go high to get you there". Smoking is allowed on all domestic and international flights. Sorry- No tobacco products allowed on board any flight.

My Friend is Spelling her Baby's Name Wrong {ParentDish}

Jul 13th 2009 11:34AM What ever happened to honesty? Just tell her and if she takes an attitude-well who the heck wants an illiterate for a friend? Since you have a PC-doh-print up the names from a website and drop it off.
I guess that is the main difference between men and women, frankness and elusiveness. Your so much nicer being deceitful than being an honest caring friend-lol Take up kite flying-lol

How Did We Ever Survive Childhood? {ParentDish}

Jul 13th 2009 10:44AM We don't need laws or safety devices, we need mandatory licensing to be a parent. All person's who wants to have children should have to have a degree. Education starts in the home. You have to work? well you can't have kids-sorry. We have enough stupid and uneducated persons in the world. An example is the putz who just wrote his great grandfather was born and weighed 3.5 pounds and survived. So they put his crib behind the stove-lol. We have become a society of bleeding hearts who talk the talk but don't walk the walk, unless there is something in it for them.

Controversial Dinners: 8,000 Calorie Burger {Digital City Blog}

Jul 10th 2009 12:43PM I love the fact you can get ragged on by going into a restaurant the serves unhealthy food, and some moron wants to regulate your freedom of choice. With all the young Women & Men dying around the world in our military protecting our rights these same individuals are not devoting the same energy to bringing them home. Why? Because they are neurotic do-gooders that want everyone to live longer lives, so they can find out what it will be like to have no medical coverage when they hit 90 years old and die in a doorway on Broadway in NYC in 10 degree weather, from exposure.

R.I.P. Ritz Camera {WalletPop}

Jul 9th 2009 8:58PM I worked in the Chemical Photofinishing industry for over 40 years in various capacities. When I first saw the new digital equipment back in the early 90s I was glad I was near retirement age. Chemical photography had seen its hay day by 1999, what with cost, pollutions controls, drop in silver prices, and digital imaging it was no longer profitable to run a lab. I made a good living in the trade-I'm sorry to see its demise-I still swear by 35mm SLR's.

Consumer Ally Q&A: New Hollister jeans fell apart after one wash, now what? {WalletPop}

Jul 9th 2009 3:33PM There is the truth, then there is what really occurred. Very few companies today will refuse to set things straight. I just complained recently via e-mail to a company about a $2.00 item and got $50.00 in replacement products Fedex-ed over night to me. I was very pleased and surprised.

I think it is how you present the issue that will help get results-and if its not what really happened, owe up and don't lie!

Japanese Dog Translator Turns Owners Into Dr. Dolittle {Switched}

Jul 9th 2009 9:16AM If I wanted a talking "bitche", I would find a wife-lol Rasberries Angela! LOL
