Aug 20th 2006 1:32PM I agree that children now days are more rowdy in public. We have two grown children with families of their own. Our children knew if they acted up they suffered for it. But now days with the laws such as they are you can't spank a child. Our oldest spatted her son on the leg in her car. She is now on a list for abusive parents. Because a law officer happen to walk by and see her. So what do you do, The government will not allow you to even swat a child on the leg.

Aug 7th 2006 10:09AM If the child wants to smoke you can't stop them. I have smoked since I was 5 years old. Mom and Dad knew it and tried to stop me. But as soon as they turned the other way I would light up another. Why make your child feel guilt when they are going to do it any way.
