Thankful Troops Smoke 7,000 Cigars {Luxist}

Apr 4th 2009 1:43AM Not to be insensitive, but aren't there better things we could be sending troops? Sending a tobacco product sends the wrong message and further endangers the health of soldiers (not to mention increasing health care costs, which are funded by taxpayers). Soldiers deserve better.
