A lot of companies and manufacturers even trusted ones sell products with misleading information all the time. So the best way to avoid falling a prey is to 1. Don't change brand often 2. Make your own treats as often as possible and 3. Limit your carb/starch, sugary and sweet intake! That way you won't have to worry if an ounce of fat "accidentally" made it's way into your meal.
