Aug 24th 2010 4:04PM I disagree. Everything goes massive in MIAMI (like Lebron James). lol.
Tyler Perry did hit a home run with this home. Is it waterfront?
waterfront properties have higher value.( or do they?). Steffi Graff just recently sold her Miami home after more than 1.5 yrs on the market.
here's a 7 bed house for $12.5 million
Jul 13th 2010 3:12PM What HuffingtonPost forgot to include was this home
6 bed 6 bath - $8,350,000
Since Lebron is crazy about South Beach, he could buy the W Hotel (he stayed there after his announcement on CNN) penthouse which is directly on the ocean and has rooftop pool with amazing views of the city and the ocean!
However, it only has 3 bed and 3 baths - $8,000,000
Jul 7th 2010 3:47PM I wonder what happened to his Fisher Island home in Miami Beach. Fisher Island is one of the richest islands the world with GDP equaling some of the third world countries.
Guess who lives there? the current and former residents include Oprah, Julia Roberts, Andre Agassi, Ricky Martin and many diplomats and dignitaries.
How much are the homes and condos there? Take a look at this for an example
$10.5M for 5 beds 6 baths!
Jul 6th 2010 5:27PM If you like the Fontainebleau, you can actually buy condos at the Fontainebleau II or III. The prices shoot over the roof but it's all worth it as Fontainebleau offers some of the best amenities and features, not to mention the breathtaking oceanfront view.
Here's a studio priced at $349,700.
Apr 30th 2010 4:18PM Tropical paradise!!! Cage should have sold it when it was the right time. Most people missed that "right time" and now are being foreclosed on.
South Florida was one of the hardest hit market but we're recovering and, in fact, better than expected. We still got a long way to go but the market is bottoming out. Take a look at this home for example, owned by former tennis player Steffi Graf. It's been in the market for more than 2 years and it still is! It's got 4 bed 5 baths with spectacular bayfront view. Price? Reduced to $2.75M.
Mar 30th 2010 4:59PM Spectacular! love it. The design looks familiar. No balcony is a turn off, but again that's just a different style.
Why was it familiar? I've seen a smiliar design in a building here in Miami. This unit is oceanfront. http://www.thekleerteam.com/miami-mls-listing/M1316673.htm
Mar 2nd 2010 2:31PM Two different settings. Two different house. Same price!! You compare!
I'll be honest I like this one better!
Jan 26th 2010 5:10PM Poor guy! He doesn't deserve any of that. He should move to Miami.
I'll give him one of these
At a cheap price too!
Jan 26th 2010 5:03PM Actually, it's cheaper to rent condos then homes for obvious reasons. You can a get a good deal on them as well.
Here are some of the affordable condo buildings to look at for rentals. (Price $1500-$3000):
Floridian South Beach - http://www.thekleerteam.com/Condos/Floridian-South-Beach.htm
Mirador South Beach - http://www.thekleerteam.com/Condos/Mirador-South-Beach.htm

The above links for informational purposes. Don't call me. I don't do short-term rentals.
Jan 7th 2010 5:32PM Great Property! The last picture looks so apocalyptic.
I like ranch but Islands are still better.
This is in the center of luxury universe. I'm serious! You are right next to Rosie O'Donnell. Good luck being her neighbor! haha..
