Nov 23rd 2011 5:46PM There really should be a governing regulation that if a passenger cannot fit between two arm rests, then he/she would be required to purchase two seats. Of course, there will always be that person who can marginally squeeze in and then push up the arm rest when the flight is aloft. From my observation, they have no consience when it comes to occupying part of a seat that someone else has paid for. As far as anyone standing during take offs, landings and turbulence, it is against Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including flight attendants.

Nov 2nd 2011 5:39PM Wow!!......Bravo.....Bravo.....Bravo.......great job on the runway. However, running with a gun toward the smuggles without a helmet or bullet proof vest was either incredibly brave or very reckless....or both. In any event....Congratulations to Brazil's law enforcement.

Jul 6th 2011 5:00PM Kate worked in her family's business and William works in England's helicopter rescue force. They both graduated from a prestigious university by pulling graduating grades....and no, not everyone in the world has access to that level of education.....but pulling good grades where standards are high is work (as many a spoiled high school grad has found out) Volunteering for field work in worthy causes is work.I think the Brits expect a great deal from these two and will not be disappointed. So far as I can see their national status is at the pleasure of the greater population of their countryman who seem to want to preserve their country's historical continuity.

Jul 6th 2011 2:18PM If anyone is speculating about their "romantic" outing, consider this. Even at their age they are keeping an arduous schedule and must necessarily appear fit and bright at sll times. A little "down time" with the kind of exercise they enjoy and a few hours rest with fresh air in a manner they also seem to prefer was so much better than remaining in their suite for a mandatory and obvious rest. Whoever planned this one knew what they were doing. Well done!

Jun 22nd 2011 3:55PM Actually......not a great idea. If siblings are married to another set of siblings, it could get tense or awkward if one couple has relationship problems or calls it quits. While anything is possible....I am still inclined to believe that for extended family relations, it would be better if Harry and Pippa looked upon each other as sibling/friends.

May 13th 2011 3:27PM So sad to hear the way her life has evolved......but I'm surprised to learn that she has any wealth.....pleased, but really surprised. Like many great talents, she is not know for having good judgement. If her money is needed to cover her 24/7 care, then I hope that is exactly where it will be spent. Perhaps her tirade at Beyonce for singing "At Last" at the president's inaugral ball was caused by the onset of alzheimers or senility.
