Russian Billionaire Puts Five-Star Hotel Up For Sale {Luxist}

This buyer is for real. He already has 7 x 5 star hotels around the world and is looking for more.

These are the requirements.

1. Must be 5 star or better.
2. Must be 200 rooms or more.
3. Must be currently operating
4. Must be capable of expansion.
5. Buyer will give answer within 7-10 days.
6. Seller to pay commissions
7. We are a Belize corporation with several people involved in the chain but we are directly connected to buyer and decision maker. Our commission is 3 % of total price. Your agents commission must be added to it.
8. Resorts or large hotels are required. ( prefer large hotels )
9. Must be capable of rebranding.
10. Price is not important but value is!

Make sure you can get a good strong agreement from a seller with good commissions. Properties can be listed at net figure but 3 % is our fee. Referral fees will be paid.
