Mar 15th 2009 5:54PM If the girl's outfit is not offensive to the majority of people then let her wear it. This is 2009 and most people are not offended by seeing a woman in pants. I am forced to wonder if the school would have taken the same position if the girl was a heterosexual. This is a great opportunity to revise the school's dress code and bring it in line with the 21st century. If the school centinues to treat this lesbian student like dirt, they risk a nasty lawsuit which will bring negative publicity and could make this student into another Rosa Parks.
